Carla Arrienti

Dietitian – nutritionist – expert in restructuring eating habits


Dr. Carla Arrienti is a distinguished Dietitian Nutritionist with an impressive educational background and extensive professional experience. She graduated from PUCRS in Porto Alegre with a degree in Nutritional Sciences in 2006, followed by a Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics from the University of Turin in 2013, and a Master’s degree in Food Sciences from the University of Florence in 2022. She further honed her expertise through specialized courses in intuitive eating, psoriasis and autoimmunity management, and human microbiome therapies. Currently, Dr. Arrienti practices as a self-employed dietitian in various medical settings across Turin, including the General Medicine Studio in Villardora and the Sirio Pharmacy Medical Studio in Buttigliera Alta since 2021. She is well-regarded for her work in nutritional education and dietary therapy focusing on cardiovascular diseases, endocrine disorders, autoimmune conditions, and women’s health issues such as polycystic ovary syndrome and menopause. Dr. Arrienti’s approach integrates the latest scientific insights with personalized care, making significant impacts in her field.
